SHIPPING

Orders are packed and shipped out on weekdays only. Depending on when you place your order, it can take up to 2 days before your item is shipped.

A Canada Post tracking number will be sent to you so you can track your package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to the US only. If you order an oversized item or ask for shipping in remote areas, additional fees may apply. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to enter a valid address with apartment number or suite when ordering online. If a package is non shippable because of an incorrect address. The item will be sent back to Olodge and this could lead to additional fees.

RETURNS

Follow the link below to create a Canada Post return label. A delivery charge of $ 15 will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

Instead of an exchanges, we offer refunds for items returned within 30 days and suggest that the customer place a new order for the replacement product. To do this, please contact us at info@olodge.ca.

REFUNDS

The item must be returned within 30 days of ordering. Items must be new, unused and have all of their labels. Only products and their applicable taxes are eligible for a refund. Shipping fees and clearance items are not eligible for refunds.*

WARRANTY

All products sold by Olodge Café Plein Air have different guarantees, depending on the manufacturer. We will handle the process with the manufacturer if a product is damaged or has a defect.
