Do the products you sell gave warranties?

Some products are covered by extended manufacturing warranties. These cover manufacturing defects, but not normal wear and tear or products damaged by the consumer.

If the product I want is out of stock, can the product be available in store?
Inventory errors and adjustments may occur. If you have specific needs, don't hesitate to contact us or drop by in store!

I lost my receipt, can you find it?
Yes absolutely! Receipts are registered under your name. If not the case, we will still be able to find it.

Can I buy a bike online?
Yes! However, we do not offer delivery. You will have to come pick it up. Our mechanics will be happy to serve you and get you ready to bike.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over 75$. For orders under 75$, shipping fees will vary according to the destination.

How long will it takes for my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped on weekdays only. A tracking number will be sent to you for further details about your order.

Do you ship to the US?
We only ship to Canada for now.

I made a mistake writting my address. What should I do?
Customers are responsible for providing us with the necessary information to send packages. If you become aware of an error, please contact us as soon as possible.

I want to return an item, how does it work?
Follow the link below to create a Canada Post return label. A delivery charge of $ 12 will be deducted from your refund.

I found the same product at a lower price elsewhere, will you match the price?
Yes, we are committed to offering the lowest price possible. Here are the conditions:

- The item must be the same color, size and the same year
- The product must still be available on the designated site
- The item must be sold at an authorized Canadian retailer (amazon and eBay are therefore excluded)
- The item must be offered at full price in Canadian dollars and its price must include additional charges, including delivery and handling charges (for example, if a competitor offers a product for $ 350 and the delivery charge of the latter are $ 50, we will consider the price of the competitor's product to be $ 400
- The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days
