Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders over $100 CAD before taxes (Canada only).

Standard shipping within Canada is $14.99 CAD on orders under $100.

At this time, we do not offer shipping for bicycles. Please contact our team for any special requests.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipping times may be slightly delayed. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped. You will be able to track your package in real time.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos of the package and the product so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
