The Beta jacket boasts a reduced environmental impact and an elongated cut for effective protection in the mountains. The PFAS-free GORE-TEX ePE fabric resists wind, rain, and snow. Its recycled C-KNIT lining enhances breathability, while the durable 80D outer shell is made entirely of recycled nylon. The longer cut ensures optimal comfort under a backpack hipbelt or over a long base layer, the adjustable DropHood combines with the integrated collar for excellent head and neck protection, and the two-way front zipper preserves your freedom of movement.

This product contains no intentionally added PFAS.

The new ePE membrane technology is lighter and thinner, yet just as strong and durable as the materials we've used before. You might notice that the outer fabric absorbs slightly more quickly in products with ePE membranes, but rest assured this does not affect the membrane's waterproofness. If you do notice the fabric absorbing more quickly than you'd like, simply wash and dry the jacket to remove any oil contamination and restore the water-repellent finish to its full strength.
